I think i need to set something clear.

I did not train my legs in the beginning because i was training hard for competitions in badminton. Badminton training is all leg training. You do squats, lunges and you sprint and run. Badminton was my favorite sport back then, i liked it much more than calisthenics and since i already did it for multiple years, my legs where much bigger than my upper body.
